1. General Use
This website and its content are owned and operated by Noble Posthouse. All materials—including logos, text, images, designs, digital files, and educational resources—are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
2. Post-Production Services
2.1 Project Acceptance
Projects are accepted based on availability. Noble Posthouse reserves the right to decline work that does not align with our schedule, expertise, or ethical standards.
2.2 Client Materials
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets, and instructions by the agreed-upon deadlines. Delays in delivery may affect timelines and turnaround.
2.3 Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided during onboarding. These timelines may shift based on project complexity, revision requests, or incomplete materials.
2.4 Revisions
Standard projects include a set number of revisions (defined in your custom proposal). Additional revisions or change requests may incur added fees.
2.5 Delivery
Final files are delivered digitally. Noble Posthouse is not responsible for long-term storage of client footage or project files unless a separate archival agreement is in place.
3. Digital Products
3.1 Licensing
All templates, LUTs, presets, editing tools, and digital downloads are for individual use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Digital Product Refunds
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment is due at booking for services unless a custom agreement is in place. Late or missed payments may pause project work. Prices are subject to change at any time.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For post-production services:
– Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees.
– Once editing has started, payments are non-refundable.
– Rescheduling or rushing projects is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials with care and confidentiality. We will never share your footage, project details, or client information without explicit permission.
7. Portfolio Use
Noble Posthouse may request permission to share finalized work in our website, portfolio, or social channels. No work will be shared without your approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Noble Posthouse is not liable for:
– Loss or corruption of footage supplied by the client
– Delays caused by third-party platforms or software
– Lost revenue or indirect damages resulting from project delays
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could impair functionality, security, or access for other users.
10. Updates to These Terms
Noble Posthouse may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
